There is no direct connection from Xingping to Kunming. However, you can take the taxi to Xi-An-Airport-XIY airport, fly to Kunming Changshui International Airport (KMG), walk to Airport Center, take the line 6 subway to East Bus Station, then take the line 3 subway to Donfeng Square.
