There is no direct connection from Xijiang to Kunming. However, you can take the taxi to Changsha Huanghua Airport (CSX) airport, fly to Kunming Changshui International Airport (KMG), walk to Airport Center, take the line 6 subway to East Bus Station, then take the line 3 subway to Donfeng Square.
