There is no direct connection from Taipei to Pinghu. However, you can fly to Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport (SHA), walk to Hongqiao Airport T1, take the line 10 subway to Hongqiao Road Station, walk to Hongqiao Road, take the line 3 subway to Shanghai South Railway, walk to Shanghai South, then take the bus to Pinghu.
