There is no direct connection from Taipei to Linhai. However, you can fly to Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport (SHA), walk to Hongqiao Airport T1, take the line 10 subway to Shanghai Hongqiao Train Station, walk to Shanghai Hongqiao, then take the train to Linhai.
