Vicos or Paccharuri (possibly from Ancash Quechua paqtsa waterfall, ruri inside; valley or little river) is a 5315 m high mountain in the Cordillera Blanca in the Andes of Peru. It is situated in the Ancash Region, Carhuaz Province, Marcara District. Paccharuri lies in the Huascarán National Park, southwest of Copa and southeast of Lake Lejiacocha.

Tarushcancha (Ancash Quechua taruka, tarush deer, kancha corral, "deer corral") or Chaqchipuncu is a 5345 m mountain in the Cordillera Blanca in the Andes of Peru. It is situated in the Ancash Region, Asunción Province, Chacas District. Tarushcancha lies in Huascarán National Park, northeast of Atlante and southeast of Yacuihuarmi.

Paccharaju (possibly from Ancash Quechua paqtsa waterfall, rahu snow mountain, "waterfall snow peak") is a mountain of 5744 m (or 5749 m) of elevation in the Cordillera Blanca in the Andes of Peru. In other maps it is shown as comprising two peaks: Rocotuyo (possibly from Quechua rukutu, ruqutu a plant (Capsicum pubescens), -yuq a suffix to indicate ownership, "the one with the rukutu") of 5749 m and Rayococha (or Bayoraju) of 5460 m. It is located between the provinces of Asunción Province and Carhuaz, in Ancash; southwest of mount Tarush Kancha, inside Huascarán National Park.

Huascarán National Park (Spanish: Parque Nacional Huascarán) is a Peruvian national park that comprises most of the mountain range known as Cordillera Blanca (the world's highest tropical mountain range) which is part of the central Andes, in the region of Ancash. The park covers an area of 340.000 ha (ca. 3.400 km2) and is managed by the Peruvian Network of Protected Natural Areas: SERNANP (Servicio Nacional de Áreas Naturales Protegidas). It was designated as a World Heritage Site in 1985 by UNESCO, is also a well-known mountaineering spot and harbors a unique biodiversity with plant species such as the Queen of the Andes, trees of the genera Polylepis and Buddleja, and animals such as spectacled bears, condors, vicunas and tarucas.
