Ocho Rios (Spanish for "Eight Rivers") is a town in the parish of Saint Ann on the north coast of Jamaica, and is more widely referred to as Ochi by locals. Beginning as a sleepy fishing village, Ocho Rios has seen explosive growth in recent decades to become a popular tourist destination featuring duty-free shopping, a cruise-ship terminal, world-renowned tourist attractions and several beaches and acclaimed resorts. In addition to being a port of call for cruise ships, Ocho Rios also hosts cargo ships at the Reynolds Pier for the exportation of sugar, limestone, and in the past, bauxite. The estimated population of the town in 2011 was 16,671, which is nearly 10% of the total population of St. Ann. The town is served by both Sangster International Airport (97 km west of Ocho Rios) and Ian Fleming International Airport (17 km east of Ocho Rios). Scuba diving and other water sports are offered in the town's vicinity.

Dunn's River Falls is a famous waterfall near Ocho Rios, Jamaica and a major Caribbean tourist attraction that receives thousands of visitors each year.

Green Grotto Caves(Opens in a new window)

The Green Grotto Caves are show caves and a prominent tourist attraction on the north coast of Jamaica. Named for the green algae that cover its walls, the structure of the cave is strikingly different from inland systems; the cave is a Flank Margin Cave (old mixing chambers at the edge of the fresh water lens with the sea water) with two well-defined levels apparently indicating two periods with differing sea-levels. The innermost cavern contains a crystal-clear underground lake.

Reggae Beach(Opens in a new window)

Reggae Beach was a 250-acre property which was located in Jamaica, midway between Ocho Rios and Oracabessa. It has since been renamed to Bamboo Beach due to the leasing of the property and the activities which take place there. The beach itself is a beautiful long stretch of sand protected by cliffs on either end. Reggae Beach was known as one of the quieter, less-crowded beaches in Jamaica and is considered as one of the island’s best-kept secrets. In the evenings, dinner and music are served under the stars with an array of beach food with fish and lobster as the main attractions. Reggae Beach was renowned for its Friday after-work jams which carry on till late evenings., with a bonfire, DJs and live band. Kayaks are available for rent and there are often musicians performing in the afternoon. There are three bars located on the beach with a range of food and drinks available

Nine Mile is a district in Saint Ann Parish, Jamaica, a few miles south of Brown's Town. On February 6, 1945 the Reggae musician and peace activist Bob Marley was born there, and later buried there.
