About Rājbirāj

Rajbiraj (Nepali: राजविराज) is a mid-sized municipality located in the south-eastern part of Madhesh Province of Nepal. It was declared a municipality in 1959. According to the 2011 census, the city had a population of 37,738 but the latest population is estimated to be 69,803 making it the 33rd largest municipality in Nepal.
