Bhayandar, also called Bhayander, is a suburb in Maharashtra, India, part of the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. It is in the north of Mumbai City and is governed by the Mira-Bhayandar Municipal Corporation (MBMC).It was once Asia's largest steel utensils manufacturer.
