How do I change or cancel my ticket?

We’ll do our best to help, and it will depend on the type of ticket you have purchased. Some tickets, such as the Advance fares, are non-refundable while other types have a minimum £10 cancellation fee. Your confirmation email will display any cancellation conditions. What happens if my train is cancelled or delayed?
