How do I collect my Trenitalia ticket?

Your print-at-home eTickets will be attached to your Rome2rio booking confirmation email.

Alternatively, you can print your tickets using a self-service machine located at all major Italian stations. Simply enter your name and booking reference to retrieve your tickets. If you prefer this option, please allow at least 30 minutes to collect your tickets at the station before departure.


Why can’t the self-service ticket machine find my ticket?

If you did not print your eTickets at home, the self-service ticket machines can print your tickets at certain major stations in Italy by entering your name and booking reference. If you do not have access to both of these, you will not be able to collect your tickets from a self-service machine.


Who do I contact if I have issues collecting my ticket?

If you did not print your eTickets at home, and you are having difficulties printing your tickets from a self-service machine at the train station, you should visit the staffed ticket office at the station to see if they can assist.
