How do I change or cancel my ticket?

If your ticket is partially refundable and you wish to cancel, send us an email to with your request, including your name and booking reference. Due to privacy and security restrictions, we will only be able to assist the main contact person on the booking.

Alternatively, if you want to exchange your ticket to another date or time, you will need to visit a Trenitalia ticket counter before departure. Conditions apply.


What happens if my train is cancelled or delayed?

In the event of a train delay or cancellation, you should email us with the details of the disruption. We will then advise how to submit a claim directly to the rail operator. Trenitalia will review your claim and offer reimbursement in accordance with the Conditions of Carriage.
