How do I change or cancel my ticket?

Should you wish to change your existing ticket, the easiest way is to cancel the original ticket and purchase a new one. Some Renfe fares are partially refundable, while others are non-refundable (such as the Promo fares). Your booking confirmation will outline the cancellation conditions of your ticket.

If your ticket is partially refundable and you wish to cancel, send us an email to with your request, including your name and booking reference. Due to privacy and security restrictions, we will only be able to assist the main contact person on the booking.


What happens if my train is cancelled or delayed?

In the event of a train delay or cancellation, you should email us with the details of the disruption. We will then advise how to submit a claim directly to the rail operator. Renfe will review your claim and offer reimbursement in accordance with the Conditions of Carriage.
