I Purchased A Ticket And My Email Didn’t Arrive Or Has Been Lost

If you’ve purchased a ticket but haven’t received your booking confirmation email, please check your ‘Junk Mail’ or ‘SPAM’ folder.

If you booked your ticket with a specific transport operator via Rome2rio, we advise you contact them directly using the contact information available on their website.
Alternatively, if you’ve booked directly with Rome2rio, send us an email to the one of the following:

Existing UK & USA train tickets: tickets@rome2rio.com

Existing flight bookings: flights@rome2rio.com

In those instances where the email can’t be found or it’s been accidentally deleted, contact us directly and we’ll do our best to help. Make sure you include your full name and as many details about the trip as possible. If you have a booking reference please include this as well.
