How To Book Flights

How can I search and book flights?

Step 1: Visit our homepage www.rome2rio.com and begin by searching a one-way journey by entering your origin and destination. Then click “Search”.

Step 2: Using the interactive menu, select “Fly” as your method of transport.

Step 3: Select either ‘One way’ or ‘Return Trip’, and choose your travel dates, number of adults/children/infants, and your preferred cabin class.

Step 4: Find your preferred flights by sorting the results by price or fastest journey. You can also narrow the results by choosing the time of day to depart or arrive, how many stopovers, which airlines and stopover airport(s). Simply click ‘Select’ on your chosen flight option to proceed.

Step 5: If your flights can be booked through Rome2rio, the below screen will appear. Please complete all passenger details as per a valid passport.

Important: many countries abide by a six-month validity requirement, which means you may be denied boarding/entry if your passport isn’t valid for at least 6 months beyond your return travel date. Some countries also require you to have special authorisation – in the form of a visa or visa-waiver – to enter.

Step 6: Enter your contact details and billing address. Then click ‘Save & Continue’.

Step 7: Enter your credit card details. We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. If you accept our Booking Terms & Agreements, as well as the airline’s Fare Rules, click on ‘Buy Ticket’.

Step 8: You will immediately receive an on-screen booking reference, and you will shortly receive an email confirmation from Rome2rio. Please note that this confirmation is not your ticket. Occasionally these emails might get placed in your Junk Mail or Spam folder by your mail system. Please check those folders for flights@rome2rio.com if you think that your confirmation has not arrived.

Step 9: Once we have confirmed your flights with the airline, we will send your e-ticket and invoice to the email address provided within 24 hours.
