Your booking confirmation email
Upon completion of your flight booking with Rome2rio, you will immediately receive an on-screen booking reference, and shortly receive an email confirmation from us. Please note that this is not your ticket.
Once we have confirmed your flights with the airline, we will send your e-ticket and invoice to the email address you have provided within 24 hours.
How to personalise your booking on the airline’s website
Once you have completed your booking and receive your e-ticket, we recommend that visit the airline’s website to personalise your booking. To do this, there is usually a ‘Manage Booking’ section on the airline’s website where you can often perform the following tasks and more:
- Allocate a seat number.
- Make a meal request (for example: vegetarian, gluten-free, child’s meal…).
- Pre-purchase additional baggage allowance.
- Add/amend your frequent flyer number.
- Request a bassinet if you’re travelling with an infant.
I purchased flights through Rome2rio but my email didn’t arrive or has been lost
If you have purchased a ticket but haven’t received a confirmation email from Rome2rio, occasionally these emails might get placed in your Junk Mail or Spam folder by your mail system. Please check those folders for email@example.com just in case.
If you still can’t find your email, or you accidentally deleted it, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Make sure you include your full name and Rome2rio booking reference.
